Because the changes you want to make are life changing, on an internal level and you are so DONE with yourself and how things have been.. your intuition is screaming at you and saying it's TIME FOR ME NOW! And I am ready and I am ready for real tangible support, changes and results. Now, this is more than just coaching. This is life changing. Because if the idea of getting what you want - and actually getting clear on what you want, scares you, then you are in the right place. What part of you is scared? And Why? We need to know so we can move you beyond it. We will be challenging your beliefs and giving your wounded inner child, your victim, your mother wound, your rebellious teenager, your shame, your resistance, your guilt, your stories and narratives a VOICE and hear them out so that you can no longer be afraid of them and no longer them them run the show. Because, you know they are. And you're over it. Which is why you are here. So let's get started. And if you're wondering.. why do I have the ability to help you? I have been where you are. Believe you me, I know the pain. That emotional pain of being so stuck in yourself you don't know how to escape, you are so over waking up each morning feeling stuck, trying to think positive thoughts, trying to move forward, trying to make changes, all that frigging TRYING.. its exhausting! I know! You want to wake up feeling good about yourself and about your life. If you are having bad feelings about yourself because you keep eating the entire contents of the cookie jar or have 1 to many glasses of wine or keep doing the same sabotaging patterns and behaviours you always have and just can't seem to stop .. I know that feeling. And it is NEVER about the cookies, the wine or the sabotaging behaviours. It is always about your emotional world, the thoughts you are thinking and the energy they emit. And all that's happening is that you're in a cycle. Which you want to break. Which is why you're here. And YOU WANT TO BREAK THE CYCLE SO BAD. But I have a question for you. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for understanding that cancellations or changes within 48hours of your session will incur the full fee. However, as it's the last thing we want to do, you may replace your session with a friend or family member. Please note it is up to you to make sure you are on time and have cleared the space to make sure you are ready for your session.
